Digital Delivery For Orders Containing A Gift Card Only: as soon as your gift card payment is received, we will send an online gift card straight to the email address you entered in the ‘To’ field.
Digital Delivery For Orders Containing Both A Gift Card And Candles Or Wick Trimmers: your online gift card will be emailed to the email address you entered in the ‘To’ field once your candles/wick trimmers have been shipped and your order status has been moved to ‘Completed’. If you need the online gift card asap for a gift but also want to buy candles / wick trimmers for yourself, we suggest placing a separate order for the online gift card so you receive it as soon as your payment is received.
Redeem Online: The gift card recipient can enter the 16 digit gift card number on their gift card at the checkout
